MLS data doesn’t necessarily post to the Internet immediately.   You could be looking at homes online that are in fact under contract or even sold – and have lost the opportunity to buy.  As your agent I will work the inventory in “real time” and will notify you when a home, meeting your needs, is coming onto the market.  I’ve even represented buyers and found them homes BEFORE they came on the market!   Another advantage of having an experienced, dedicated, top agent working for you.
